Starcook Jermain of Restaurant De Rozario at Helmond (https://derozario.nl) did not get to know the profession until later in his life. At the age of 21 he starts as a host and falls in love with the profession. He puts the first serious steps in the kitchen at the age of 25. His talent is discovered by starcook Soenil Bahadoer of the 2-star restaurant The Lindehof in Nuenen. Without diplomas Jeramin becomes the Variation Chef of the Year in 2014 and in 2018 he gets a Michelin star. Jermain cooks from his feelings and just like life that can be different every day.
