Iceland

Iceland’s nature is one of the most fascinating I have ever seen. It’s so rough, colourful and overwhelming. It’s indescribable, pictures only can give a modest glimpse of the reality. You absolutely have to see and experience it yourself!

Make a trekking to really feel what Iceland’s nature is. The most famous one, the Laugavegur, is quiet easy to do, there are mountain huts and possibilities to camp. In both cases you’ll have to bring your own food, the huts have well equiped kitchens.

To explore the island, it’s worth to hire a (very expensive!) 4xdrive as you often have to cross rivers and the Ringroad is the only paved road. Icelands has dozens of impressive waterfalls, visit also some less famous one’s.

And don’t forget your swimmingsuit, there are hotsprings everywhere!
